ACRu Graphics provides branding, graphic design, social media content, builder marketing, event branding, and related creative services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, drafts, proofs, and final deliverables remain the property of ACRu Graphics until payment is received in full.
Upon final payment:

You receive non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use the final approved design(s) for business purposes.

We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, advertising, and marketing materials.
Raw design files (including but not limited to AI, PSD, INDD, SVG, layered files, Canva files, etc.) remain property of ACRu Graphics unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide all content, logos, images, copy, and branding assets in a timely manner

Communicate feedback promptly

Respond to design proofs and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe
ACRu Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, approval delays, or client inaction.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Revisions

Client response times

Technical issues

Additional service requests
Rush fees may apply to tight deadlines.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled by the client at any stage, the client agrees to pay for:

All completed work up to the cancellation date

Any non-refundable costs (including stock assets, printing, etc.)
Liability
ACRu Graphics is not liable for:

Errors in submitted content

Loss of revenue, data, business, or reputation

Third-party software, tools, marketing platforms, or websites
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
