REFUND & REVISION POLICY

Our goal is to deliver exceptional work and ensure complete client satisfaction. This policy outlines expectations related to revisions, refunds, and project delivery.
Revisions
Most design projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the proposal or invoice.
Revisions include:

Changes to color
-
Font adjustments
-
Layout refinements

Minor text changes
Revisions do NOT include:

Full redesigns
-
Change of concept after approval
-
New content creation
-
Additional variations outside the agreed scope
Additional revision rounds may incur an hourly or flat fee.
Approval Process
Final approval must be given in writing (email, message, signature, or form submission). Once approved:

Files are delivered in agreed formats
-
No further revisions are included unless paid separately
Sharing Your Information

We retain contact and project information for as long as necessary to:

Provide services
-
Maintain business records
-
Comply with legal requirements
You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of design and creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind
-
Failure to respond or provide content
-
Creative differences
-
Delays caused by client inaction
-
Timeline dissatisfaction
Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has begun and must be requested within 3 business days of payment.
Delivery of Files
Clients will receive final files in standard formats:

PNG / JPEG
-
PDF
-
Vector (when applicable)
-
Print-ready formats
Editable source files may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Rush Work
Rush projects may be subject to a 25–50% surcharge depending on complexity, timeline, and scheduling availability.
Communication
Clients must communicate professionally and within normal business hours.
Failure to respond within 14 business days may result in project delay or termination without refund.
